Where to get the avatar Quit Counters from ?

I have notices some avatars can count the days, number of cigs and money saved,
where can I get one of those from please ?

If you see one on the forum you like , just click on it and it should take you to the site to make one yourself
Please make sure one you put on doesnt have any advertising to anywhere on it as thats against forum rules
then copy past the code generated from that site into your signature on your profile

For example if you click on mine it will send you there !
