Where can I get an istick silicone Case?

HeavenGifts have been out of stock for ages. I'm sick of waiting.
Google has been no help.

Which means they probably purchase each one for about 50c.

Those selling them on ebay for $8.25US are making a bundle. Id prefer not to be a part of that.
