I just got my tax return! Fark yeah.

After trying Grant's Vanilla Custard on Saturday at Vapourpalooza I just had to have some. I emailed Grant and offered his a genuine hairycomstralian testicle for some of his juice. Lo and behold I now have 2 x 100 ml bottles on the way. Love life right now. haha.

Got an email just now from InTaste telling me that FEDEX have put up the charges of freight tocoms, now its 36.45EUR.. at check out they only charged me 15.61EUR. So now i have to pay another 20.82EUR to get my Kayfun!!!


So not so much an order, but an extra cost to the order of a Kayfun... ;(

 

wow, that sucks, I haven't had that happen to me thank god - I did however receive a call from FedEx Germany asking if there was any nicotine or tobacco in my parcel as it was labelled E-Cigarette.

Have to admire German efficiency - purchased last night, email within an hour with tracking details, phone call today to confirm, email with tracking update and delivery time for 5:30 pm Monday at my door

Yer, after a few emails its comes out that fedex are charging me another 20Eur becomse i live in Tassie!! thats more than the charge to get it tocoms! Fedex clam its a 'remote" area...wtf is Alice Springs then! (no offence to anyone in Alice), so its going to cost me more to have Fedex move it WITHINcoms than ship it from Germany tocomS...... InTaste said that only myself and one other person fromcomstralia where getting this extra charge

Smeg it ... Im still getting a KAYFUN, fedex just sent through the tracking number, says it will be at my place Tuesday

 

I think one of you guys should complain @ Consumer rights |comstralia.govcom and let them know about fedex and dhl prices, Really If it happened to me I would be doing, asap.

Dont worry mate, i have already looked into it, I have to contact Fedex first and try to find out why. If I cant get an answer or an understanding then i can take the matter to the ACCC, cheers though


PS; I have already fired off an email to Fedex, explaining that i want to know why and that i think its extreme to charge more to move an item withincomstralia than to ship it from Germany tocomstralia. Also that if they dont respond or i get an unsatifactory answer then i will be taking the matter up with the ACCC.
