They would be paying it to the govt or they would be even more likely to end up in shit, just sounds more like they couldn't be bothered with it and charge everybody the same so they have less paperwork(or keep less) or are just to dopey to find out.

 

I'm done with them if that's their response. Surely this is an issue for Cloud 9 and the tax man to sort out, it shouldn't have anything to do with the customers. I feel cheated.

 

Charging VAT to people who are exempt then keeping the cash is an imprisonable offence even more likely.

wouldn't a simple fix be to use dhl or such?

Just checked online reckon it'd cost about 47 pound, higher than my VAT , but you bought 2 it should be about the same cost or less.

Running low on everything, so put in an order for my nic, juice, stardusts (I still use these and my egos at work) punched boges and doublers. As I'm a fussy ..... I order from 3 different vendors and started to get the guilts from spending what amounted to a tad over $120 on what will last me 3 months. Ironic really when I used to spend that a week on the darts!!!

 

Hopefully got hold of a Zenesis standard today, got an order through and they took my money, but apparently they oversold and will have to issue refunds. fark some of this gear is a pain to get!
