90mm would be fine with two 18650s,but is there enough room inside for a flush with the top of housing connecector?i think the line will be reasonbly weighty.screens brilliant.

Should be able to flush mount a 510 connector and keep the height at 90mm for the 18650. Could probably have done that on this proto.

A Line on top would be perfect.

Nice work Johnny! I'm almost inspired to get off my butt and start coding my own design. Got a link for the OLED screen you're using?

May pick one of these up in Silver too :)

Just search ebay for 128x64 oled display. Plenty of suppliers and variations.

I'll look at a bottom feeder version once I get the no feeders sorted.

John the V on the display is not the actual vaping voltage, my maths would tell me 8 watts, 2.6ohms = 4.56 Volts, the 8.3 on the display is the battery remaining Volts, which would seem a bit redundant with the battery indicator on the line above. Also anyway of calculating charge time remaining when charging. Looks good, im going to struggle to not buy one at this stage, but am not real sure how long that will last.

Correct, the V is the battery voltage and yes it is redundant but that is also the case with the existing mods. Not so easy to calculate charge time remaining as it depends on cell capacity, the capacity/voltage curve and the charger itself.

I need to find someone to machine the housings at a reasonable price before I can quote on these. I usually accept orders by PM.

It will be reasonably well sealed and you will be able to open it up but the batteries will not be removable for recharging as with my current mods.

Edit: Then again I may glue them shut :p
