Thanks for the info! I had talked to Louie at VZ about it and he said that it did have PWM, but wasn't sure about it. I believe the version you have has 2.5 amp switch?! You said the newer version is going to have a 5 amp switch, so is the device going to be bigger?

 

You mean the case? I doubt it.

I can't see how the vmax can have much more power than this.... but will see soon enough.

And yes abs rubber feeling plastic and so simple to use. Two buttons for voltage up/down large lcd screen. And a fire button

Battery life. Used a single coil 3.2 ohm tank carto at 5.0 volts

18 hours of vape time.... 5 ml of juice.....amazing

I normally use a 2 ohm dual carto was testing this tank out today....feels just like a 2 ohm dual

I was actually looking at those for a travel and work PV in the Grey! I might have to pick it up, but did Louie say if he is going to carry just the bones?

 

In the future as they would not sell just the bodies but he may have secured some bodies with his newest order.

I know vapers are being turned off by the plastic bodies....but they feel pretty solid to me....and they preform....

Good morning Hair! Yeah, I saw it, but I wouldn't imagine it doing to welll especially here in the U.S. because of Provape!

 

Well, look at the VMax, people were against it too and it seems to be doing pretty good for sales. The only problem I see is the ProVari name on it. If the manufacturer would name it something else, there's nothing ProVape can do. I'm sure the electronics are different but it would be interesting to have a ProVari in one hand and the knock-off in the other just for comparison. I'm sure it's nowhere near the quality as the original one is but hey, it's another mod to test.

 

Hey hairball, freddie....what provari knock off? link ? pic? As far as that neon weird lookin varistack deal, just dont think it will come close to the VMAX, not for 40 bucks anyway in quality or performance,but how could I expect it to come close for that price. When I saw joe at ivape(schmuck) had them for $39.95 I couldn't help but laugh knowing I had a Alibaba trade alert in my inbox of that same device for $8-$10 for bulk pricing. But.... I would be curious to put it on my test bench and get the raw numbers but I just won't buy something like that to do it. (my opinions ofcourse)

I am slowly coming to terms with only having 2 hands and one mouth and hope for the will power to curtail my mod collecting. If I lose out on the will power part I really need to sell off the mods I no longer use before you all see me on the Hoarders show.

Thats the 1st I heard of it,...WOW and the provari people were getting mad at the VMAX, atleast the VMAX isn't exact, overall shape...yes...but that is a spitting image to the "T". Well if you can get a hold of 2 I'll take 1 for a week or 2 for pure testing on my bench purely to see if the raw numbers match the V1, V2 or neither. Im extremely curious . If you don't mind keep me in the loop if it's not too much trouble.
