Finally got around to writing my newbie post.

Firstly Shoutout to Crisscross and MrGruffy for helping a newbie out


Been smoking intermittently for the past 3 years.
Got to that point where i had that smoking cough and could hardly breathe
Trying to get off analogues now and moving to something better.

Still cant vape without nicotine though.


Anyways new to the forum, hope to be here a long time.

Nice to have you and I was happy to help. Keep an eye out for any Perth vape meets and see if you can get along to one. Lots of very knowledgeable people over there and face to face time is invaluable. Also have a look at the WA group here and you can see the members that are close to you.

Good luck with it and remember no pressure vaping is a journey and shortcuts just mean you miss out on true understanding.

Congrats on taking the first step and wanting to quit. No worries if you start at a high nicotine level at first as that's not really an issue, whatever makes you comfortable and not want to have a cig at first is all that counts. And then eventually you can lower the nicotine level as you feel.
