Sounds like tolerance bro, early withdrawal and unsustainable practices. Just fyi, most people take something like 1% of a lethal dose of caffeine a day, 1g I think is the lethal dose or something like that. The point is that it's not really naturally occurring except for in cacao plants, so the biological basis never formed for humans to consume caffeine all the time. It's why it's such an erratic chemical, think it's technically classified as neurotoxic even - from what I understand, the effects of caffeine just mimic stress because your body has to gas itself up to pump out the caffeine.

If you start to develop tolerance, you need more to avoid withdrawal, then more, then more, and eventually you die in this model when it's a fatal substance, lol. You've never gone tolerant of mangos though, notice that? It's not really food, it's a chemical, and basically it is most common in people who are working unnaturally long hours.

Good luck, but society doesn't seem to be producing a calm enough outline for people to NOT need caffeine anytime soon. It also ruins your sleep, making you more tired the next day, making you need caffeine more...why do I drink this shit again...oh yeah I'm addicted

 

Well, half of the girls I dated were smokers. And I had nothing against that, as long as they obey the basics of hygiene. With the whole vape thing I'd prefer them to give up smoking for vaping. When a girl smells nice and uses a pleasant flavor... I'm totally into them.

 

If I found out my partner was lying to me about stopping smoking, it wouldn't really be that big of a deal for me, but I'm probably in the minority.

I know how hard it is to stop and while of course if have rather her tell me she was still smoking instead of pretending she wasn't, at the end of the day I wouldn't make it into a massive issue to be honest.

Doing that would only make things worse anyway so if she wanted to carry on smoking, I might be her partner but it's always going to be her own decision what she does, and that's how it should be.
