Best coffee flavour

Yeah..i like a coffee vape, usually fill up just before its vivi washing time though as it gunks up (i think most coffees have some oil content in them so i've read). Halo's Cafe mocha and vermillion river cappucino i use.

 

Thanks for that, Mathsguy. I just had to give it a go. I used about 5g Columbian beans, medium roast, ground pretty fine. Mixed with 10ml PG and 15ml VG in a small glass jar. Popped this into a .comcepan with water and boiled for about 10 mins. Then filtered using my Aeropress coffee gadget - (makes bloody good coffee, BTW)



It took a bit of effort to push through the filter, but yielded 19mls of dark brown goodness. I added an equal volume of 36mg Nicotine. I've added this mix to a couple of tobacco juices and they have taken on a smooth and very pleasant coffee note. I'm looking forward to experimenting further. No problem with 'gunkage' yet.

 

Vaping Cobra is working on a coffee creamy type vape flavour soon. It takes him a while, but how I described it, I'm pretty sure Charlie will come up with one that I really like. Check his site out when he comes up with it '.comse I'm sure it will be delish.

 

What's a good one that tastes like Nescafé 43?

 

Mine so far has to be VM Vanilla Latte' a more rich brewed coffee taste than 43, but really creamy too. Sweet, but not overly so IMO
With VK Frap'aze a close second, but that one's got a bit of Hazelnut.
Have some Vapebar Wizards Brew I'm about to mix after reading good stuff. If it tastes as good as it smells I'm going to like that too.

 

Yeah I just tried the witches brew one and its quite good, I think I'll have to try those other two you just mentioned

 

Virgin Vapor Espresso is a nice light coffee. With sugar and cream is far too sweet though.

Interesting Smokey, I think I need one of these - had the same crapola plunger for the last 20 years! What filtre do you have in it, there seem to be several options of mesh size and paper vs ss?

 

Gidday Mathsguy. I just use the paper filters that come with the kit - 350 provided. I find I can use a filter at least 10 times, rinsing between uses and replacing when it becomes discoloured. Highly recommended bit of kit. I initially bought mine to take camping but found the coffee so good that I threw out my electric espresso machine and use the Aeropress exclusively. I use a Porlex Mini hand grinder to grind my beans. O, and google 'Aeropress inverted method' to discover an improved technique.

Its the only one ive tried so far, but i'll give another vote for vm vanilla latte. Tastes like a lovely creamy latte. The coffee taste is distinct and very nice.

Best coffee flavour I had was Hangsen. It was quite nice mixed with tobacco.

Tried others but there seems to be some medicine taste in them, something that I'm getting with Ry4's as well.

 

Oh and I do agree that the aeropress makes great coffee. However after all the coffee making equipment I've tried I always come back to instant. Which says volumes about my laziness.

 

Ah now Nero, if your vaping is successful and you get off the filthy smokes, your taste buds and sense of smell are likely to be reinstated, possibly along with energy levels. I suspect instant coffee won't be quite as appealing then.

Lol smokey, we shall see! Haven't had any analoges since last month so it's going well. But the question remains... Is it actually possible to taste anything at six in the morning? I think not...

Romaniac, I cannot thank you enough for the referral to Ahlusion. They have some flavors that look like just what Mr. Nix is looking for. I, too, have been searching for the perfect coffee flavor, and I'm going to give their French Roast a try if it's not too sweet. I don't put sugar in my coffee at all. I drink it black, and I don't like sweet in it.

 

VK Cafe Arabica might be worth a try? Definitely not a sweet one.

 

That’s actually a self defence mechanism, all the people that could taste things at that hour were eliminated by natural selection long ago.

 

Will have to try that one davee, any suggestions for a light milk coffee from VK?

lol Looked like they were going to be needed at one stage last night, but all is well.
Still struggling to find good coffee's. To be honest I haven't liked the one's from VK that I'v tried except for the Frap'aze. It's pretty nice, but has Hazelnut. Guess it tastes a little milky, fairly mild. Still a few I haven't tried, there's just too many! lol
