    Hi all
From time to time I find traces of liquid
In the battery chamber of my zen ST .
Which is strange I have emailed zen few
Times before but no luck also my atomizer part
For some reason can spin around the battery tube
Part I found out this when I tryed to change the quartz
Tank .Any way I decided today to take it apart which
I did And found the problem and fixed it.
    Cheers
    Ali
    Will post a picture later

I'm guessing the screw at the top of the tube wasn't quite screwed down properly?

    Hi mate
It was, there is no more space to screw
But it's the screw it self to short to tighten
The 2 parts but filed it up with silicone and
Looks all good at the moment

did you get rid of the insulator ali?i could never see the need for it tbh.just made the wicks really small and not wick as well.andwhat type of silicone did you use?curious.

    Hi FZ
Yes mate I did take it out and got a nice big
Thick wick with 32awg twisted wire going
And it's vaping clouds and I just used a normal
Silicon heat water resistance from masters

I don't bother with the insulator, I didn't see the point.
I never get shorts at the wick hole and I figured all a small wick would do is dry hit.

I don't get why some people complain that the wick hole's too small on the Zen, all they need to do is remove the insulator!
