TopCookies Virginia. the absolute best liquid i've had. none come close. even if you're not a fan of other virginia vapes. you should try this. it's sweet, thick, heavenly and produces the most enormous amounts of vapour (not for airline use). it's only available in 11mg and 100% vg. he does however make two version, regular which is perfect for all uses, and really good in a tank. and a DD version, which is even thicker. almost gloopy. which is what i'm vaping now in a phonenix with a mesh wick. it's only available direct of TopCookie over on UKV. i'd recommend you hit him up for a slice of his next batch.
