Sticky throat

Quick question after vaping approximately two ml of juice I get a sticky dry throat am I doing something wrong

 

Just drink more water mate. You'll need to increase your water consumption as vaping drys out your mouth and throat

What is the sticky white stuff I cough up ?

 

Sam this might not be what you want to hear but I have no clue about the consistency of the phlegm. All I can suggest is that lots of different things happen to you when you give up smoking or switch to vaping. I don't think we can give you any medical advice other than to keep hydrated and make sure your vaping equipment is kept clean. Oral hygiene also becomes significant as quitting smoking creates a different bacterial environment in your mouth and throat.

I get phlegm sometimes too. I find particularly when I use sub ohm devices, so I just keep drinking more water and back off from the heavy vape a bit until it clears... Which is normally about a day.
