    I received a spheriod v2 today
With the pin in the 510 connection
    Broken and shorting the unit
    Couldn't unscrew the base
    Has anyone done this before

    Cheers

Hi Ali .. havent pulled mine apart yet , but from what I gather , those two holes are used to put like circlip pliers in to unscrew the bottom plate and then you get into the bottom ... I may be wrong , but I am pretty sure I have heard thats how they disassemble , might be worth an email to manufacturer ?

Is there an insulator in the 510 contention
Or does that bloody pin flouts like that

  7. I'm super lazy so not taking a pic, but looks like insulator is missing. If you wait till Friday you will have Redfones Spheroid in your hands to compare

    LOL.

I did say vapourart have serious quality control issues these days :)

People bought Piccolos and they were all scratched. Now the atomizers have pins broken.

Supply vs demand is killing this company.

Ok Ali .. just pulled mine apart , there is a tube insulator between the pin and the wall , there is also another isolator ring inside ... the centre pin is shaped like a drawing pin ... has an insulator on the pin shaft , AND also a O-ring type (also delrin) between the flat top of the pin and the base ... I would order both off Perseas to be on the safe side , you could bodgy something up tho I am sure
