I originally got off the smokes 13 months ago by using Greensmoke cig-alikes, shipped directly from Greensmoke USA. Went into a minor tail-spin last July when GS decided they were no longer shipping to Oz. By "minor tail-spin" I mean that I managed to stop the panic and only chew my way through half my desk. Researched a few reshipping companies and came up with one that would give me a free USA address and ship through DHL. Everything was going along fine - 9 shipments of carts and batteries delivered without problems and minimal postage cost (around 30 bucks each time).

Last week the reshippers advised that they could not send my parcel to DHL becomse it contained ORM-D items that could not travel by air, and that the items are prohibited imports tocomstralia. They also stated that the package contained 30 boxes of e-liquid (I wish!). They offered to either ship back to GS or throw the carts in the bin (300 bucks worth). So I emailed back and told them that it wasn't e-liquid, was not an ORM-D item (the term cartomizer made them think atomizer/spray can), they had shipped the same items 9 times before, and that it was not a prohibited import. Even gave them the link to our Customs page about e-cigs and quoted directly from the page.

They wrote back advising that my 30 bottles of e-liquid (face-palms) were ORM-D and could not be shipped. Then offered to send them, at my expense for shipping and processing, to an alternate address in USA. I removed fragments of my desk drawer from my mouth, and rang a friend in USA. Spent 2 hours on the phone catching up and organizing shipment to her. As a back-up, ordered 10 boxes of carts through Easy-puff. Am in the process of starting to mix-my-own e-liquid, but wanted carts just in case I thoroughly screwed things up.

So I filled out the redirection form and sent it to the reshippers. Did a bit of research into the company and found that although they are based in USA, their customer service team (and I am being very liberal in my use of the term "service") is in Singapore. Yesterday I get an email from them saying that whoopsie, they have made a mistake and CAN ship my items. As an apology, they have credited my account with $5. Very generous of them, considering the amount of $$'s I spent becomse of their cluster stuff-up. On the good side, all this has galvanized me into action regarding finally transitioning to the next gen of vaping.

Now here I am, looking at my computer sitting on the floor, spitting out the last splinter and wondering when I can buy a new desk. :)

I started off with Greensmoke as well, and when both NZ and USA decided they are not going to ship, I moved to V2 (which I hated), then to Halo (ok but I still hated it), with a side order of Easypuff ( ok but too expensive). In the end gave up and started doing DIY juices with a few regulated mods+ego batteries for when going out.

I think you will end up the same way.

Already heading down that path, thanks to this website :) Expecting deliveries of juice, coils, and something to put them in. Researching like crazy.
