I asked in another forum but thought I would ask here to get an answer.

I mixed Royal Blend plus 4 other flavours from VK and steeped for 2 weeks. I mixed the doubler 70PG/30VG with 36mg nic 75PG/25VG 50/50 to 18mg and I just think it is too strong on flavour for me and that is all 5 flavours as I tasted them all. I realize now I should have started with concentrates for my first step up from premixed.

I want to lighten the mix down so I will mix my nic with some PG&VG to 18mg I worked this out with the e juice calculator so any suggestions where to start?

I was thinking of putting 2ml of the mixed doubler juice with 2ml of the mixed nic, which would in effect still be 18mg and half the flavour strength again and making it a single shot and not a doubler. ( is this how it works? )

Also wth the Royal Blend I was vaping through a eGO K with a CE4 clearo 2.4 do you think I need to change the set up to appreciate the taste more?

    Maybe a Kanga T2 1.8 on my eGO K?

Wayno, the set up is something you'll have to try for yourself. To me all clearos are a bit meh...if you want improved taste and vapour the next step is dripping.

As for reducing the flavour strength, what you've said sounds fine. I'd probably add 1ml of the unflavoured to the juice at a time, trying it after each addition.....then stop when you're happy.

You just have to dive in, we all made a heap of mistakes at the start. Best learning is by trial and error, so just go for it. :)

    Thanks Jen

I have heard about dripping but it sounds a bit .comnting. I will try the way you said for reducing the flavour.

Yeah I'd add a bit at a time, otherwise you run the risk of over dilution of the flavour.

Try using 75% flavored 25% unflavored first so 3ml flavored 1ml unflavored & see how it tastes before changing the ratio further.

I think this is fairly common with new vapers. Are you chain vaping for long periods?

No not at all, it's only since i started vaping the doublers at 50/50 with the nic, that is another reason I want to tone it down to see if it helps.

I never had this problem with HC premix liquid, and I use to chain vape with the premix juice. I hope I can sort it out as I really do enjoy vaping.

Oh, that's odd? What strength was the HC, and where did you get your nic juice from?
