Premix 'Oh Noes'

I got all excited when i first started vaping and purchased 360ml of vanilla 24mg(double flavour strength) from blumist its 100 VG juice. It is WAAAYYY too strong in flavour so i 'shelved it' (almost went downt the sink, but thank god im a hoarder).. I found myself looking at purchasing some vanilla today and then thought... mmmm.. there has to be a way to make use of this potent brew i have at hand.

If anyone has a minute or two to help me with some batch quantities, it would be great. I am after a way to mix this vanilla to say
1. half flavour (im guessing for this 15ml juice 7.5ml PG and 7.5ml of 48mg nic = 30ml of 1/2 strength at say 30/70)
2. one third flavour
3. one quarter flavour.

I would like to keep the 24mg strength. I just need to knock the 'taste' down.
My tools at hand are 48mg 100vg nic and 36mg 100pg nic and heaps of empty 30ml bottles, and plain PG and VG. As far as the VG/PG rating goes I would be stoked to get the above in a 50/50 or there abouts ratio of PG/VG.
