Numbers wearing off Syringe - Sticky tape

I've been happily mixing & watching the numbers/lines slowly disappear from the syringes in less than 6 weeks. I like the ones I've got. Good markings with fine graduation. Came up with the idea of using sticky tape to protect them.

If you want it to really stick, gently wipe syringe with mild soapy water. Let dry and apply tape top to bottom. Some tape will be better than others with water and residue.

Will buy a few glass syringes from ebay too but it's hard to find ones with good markings for measurements.

Measurement extends past halfway and has 0.1ml indicators.

can also coat in clear nail polish

 

This is what I always use ... went and bought a $2 clear from one of the $2 shops ... and is better IMO than sticky tape.
