I am leaning to a variable wattage mod. From Ohm's calculator and from what I have been monitoring with my batteries I like a 8 - 9 watt vape. Is there any good built mod besides the darwin or kick that does variable voltage. Zmax im not interested in due to the inaccurate power output. Provari has been on my mind for the past 4 months but a V wattage device would be a better fit to how I vape. any info is welcome and appreciated.

  2. an okr mod might be good for your needs
can you solder and follow a schematic?

  3. I was thinking something like a lexi or a beast. If u wanna go the cheap route you could get the vv gripper. What I like about it is that it tells you battery life as well as ohmage of whats sruck on it. It 3.6v and its cheap ( under 50 bucks ) I was thinkin of grabbin one for takin to the bar and bangin around. Theres an 8 month waiting list for a darwin and drew hasnt made one in about 6-7 months. Good luck on your quest my friend.

Can you please expand on this mod, or provide a link please? Thanks!

  5. I do make box mods but never got into too much of the VV stuff outside of what Madvapes sells.

  6. Then you could make a watt control box with the DNA-12 from evolv.. It is probably less work than the stuff Madvapes sell except for the amount of wiring..
1-Dna, 1 10k pot, 1 micro switch.. plus wires and attie connector .. of course the box of your choice...Here are the links..

on Vapersforum mamu explained in great detail how to build a dena, it is a beast mod and the okr-t6 switching converter chip is about 8 bucks. there is a parts list and a step by step how to and if you've built a madvapes box mod, you can build a dena and I promise it will be one of your most prized mods. search vapers forum for it. aw heck I'll see if i cant find ya a link..
    this is it,
