Need your help fixing a central pin connection on Poldiac clone (or Igo-W3)

First off I must say I submitted this question also on another forum, so if it's against your rules for some reason, let me know.

My problem is, the only way I can make the Poldiac clone work is if I use a 510 tank with a "moveable" pin and pull it out closer to the mod pin.
Other than that, every other tank I'm using with a fixed pin doesn't work at all.

I tried taking apart the firing head (the button) but it still wasn't clear for me how to fix it...

If it can't be done, is there a way to take out a little bit, the pin on the Igo-W3 ?
