need help on mod not firing

    ok - got a new little wooden mod but it won't fire. so got out the multimeter set to continuity testing.

    now -

    positive battery plate to switch - ok

    from one switch post to the other with switch open - ok

    from centre pin of battery connector to switch - ok

    from side of battery connector to ground spring - ok

    what am I missing? help please someone - anyone?? lol

    Try removing the battery and then connecting to the positive and negative. Fit a carto and then hit the fire button. If the meter indicates a circuit, the unit is good. If no circiut, maybe the switch? Give it a try and come back? We will assume the battery is fully charged!!!

    don't know what the hell I did, but I managed to get it to fire. i used a voltmeter in it, and got it to work. so put the line back in and no problems. I have absolutely no idea what the hell was going wrong. did nothing different. the only thing i can think of, unless a wire is a bit loose, and I managed to move it whilst testing??
