Complying with the FDA

Today’s announcement comes two weeks before the U.S. Food & Drug Administration’s (FDA) final rule on the manufacturing and marketing of newly deemed vapor products goes into effect on August 8, 2016. Products introduced after this date must be approved by the FDA before they can be marketed.
