Let's create a world of vapers

Has anybody of you, tried to make another person make the change for themselves? To make the switch from the "old sticks" to e-cigs. If so, did you succeed in your try? I am currently trying to make my mom make the switch, and also once I'll be done I'll tell her to do that for another person who is currently smoking. I advise you try to do the same. We, together, can make the world a better place.

 

Anytime I get into a conversation with another cigarette smoker, I always mention it. Those conversations generally always veer towards tying to quit smoking and that usually leads to vaping as an alternative. Vaping is definitely something that is becoming much more well known.

 

Yes, I completely agree with you. Vaping is much safer and cigar and the biggest problem is that most of the people are not aware of the devices. We need to make the people aware of vaping devices. We can do it and we will do it together.

 

I have only converted one smoker to become a vaper. That's about it. My husband is still a chain smoker up until now, being able to finish at least a pack of cigarettes a day. I have tried and tried to convince him but he still won't listen to me. Is my convincing power not enough? Lol. He also has a friend who vapes but even him cannot convince him. It's the sad reality, if a person isn't willing to change for himself, we cannot force him to do so. The courage, motivation and will has to come from within him so that he can quit cigarettes for good.

You're right though, the world could be a better place without smokers. The world would see people with less lung cancer and other respiratory diseases if only they can quit smoking. The thing is, no matter how much we persuade them, if they can't be persuaded, then the battle is over.

 

Just don't try to push it, I mean nobody likes a tryhard, just be the guy with the healthy alternative for smokers, but do not continuously tell them how you are much healthier than them, as that annoys lots of smoker, it used to annoy me back in the days, when someone started lecturing me about how bad smoking is, I would simply approve meanwhile I would light a cigarette.

 

Luckily for me, I have never smoked cigarettes before! I'm down to help anyone who has trouble converting from cigarettes to vaping though hands down!

 

I think it's all a question of time before most people move from smoking to vaping. When my smoking friends ask me about vaping I try to inform them as best as I can. I still haven't converted anyone but, they are interested and I know sooner or later they will start vaping.

 

I do not know if that means you are lucky, I mean you started vaping without smoking cigarettes, which is pretty bad as vaping is considered a way out of cigarettes, but not something safe and definitely not healthy. Also how can you help anyone make the switch if you never made it yourself, I mean, you do not understand what that person would be going through.

 

Yeah I have a lot of times actually while I was still in high school, I've had a lot of smoking friends who actually smoke a pack of cigars a day and that is extremely unhealthy and when I bought a vape for the first time they were all curious for a month atleast and some of them bought one but they turned back to their cigars back ina month and that's where the problem lays, people won't let down an addiction for another addiction that's not how it works if someone really wants to change they'll do i totally and leaving vaping/smoking no excuse whatsoever.

 

They simply did not find the best vaping combination for them, you have to personalize one in order to replace cigarettes. However I do believe smoking has its charm, I mean we all did it through high school years, and I do have some really good memories with it, but I also believe smoking is just a phase of life, like puberty is, you just have to grow up once and for all and end that period.

 

I have currently been vaping for two months, and in that short period of time I have helped my smoking buddies transfer to vaping. So far they have all been successful in their attempt to stop smoking.

 

Great, just continue to do so, and make sure you tell every single person you've helped to try and help another person to quit smoking, only that way we would create a wave that resonates to the last smoker on Earth.

 

As much as I love vaping for myself, I'm not going to openly promote it to everyone I know as a past time. If I owned a shop, yeah maybe. As a user I don't think I want to promote it to everyone I know lol.
