Just mixed my first brew ....

I've done work with syringes before but heck glycerin's hard to draw up into a drawing needle

10 ml of 12mg Maple Rum from Juice Whore sitting on my desk!!

As a Port Royal smoker I've read this is pretty close so fingers crossed.

Has anyone told you about steeping yet?

 

First time i tried drawing VG through a syringe i gave up lol.

I bought myself a big 30ml needle, i take the plunger out then just pour the ingredients in the back end (giggity).

 

I know about steeping but I'm not waiting a week.

While I'm tempted to chuck it straight in and give it a go, it's sitting on my desk with the lid off in front of my laptop's fan and being occasionally shaken. I'll try and use up the 1 ml left in my current SD ( which on my current consumption will probably be some time tonight ), before throwing into a new SD...... I know it's not a week, but ............

 

I dont steep, I just give juices a good shake, and sometimes a couple seconds in the microwave and a shake, and vape. Some flavours do get a bit better with steeping, but many I also cant tell much of a difference if i steep or not.

 

My first go wasnt spectacular.. I am waiting to see if it improves with age. However, the second mix I made FA cola concentrate worked perfect.. it tastes exactly like a cola chuppa chup/melody pop

 

Actually one interesting thing I've just thought of is I've not idea of the PG/VG mix.

I've order 100%PG 36mg Nic and based on that JW recommended a 60/40 doubler.

Now since my nic juice hasn't arrived I've used 100mg nic juice donated to me and I've no idea what ratio that is.

I've mixed with Gold Cross BP Glycerin which I believe is 100% VG.

In theory I could have a 30/80 mix I guess......

But then again since I'm such a newb I've no idea what that means to the vapor/taste anyway

 

The first nooby thing I did was bought 50ml double flavour Granny Smith Apple in 100%vg. It makes alot of vapour clouds but I dont think it is as throaty as the 70/30 stuff I have now. All in all I dont mind vapin it and I'm definately not going to ditch it. I have nearly converted a mate to vaping, I will prolly give them the bottle when they get a kit.

 

Sounds like it should vape ok but you might need to add more flavor due to high VG content.
