Dutch anti-terrorism police arrest suspect at France's request

AMSTERDAM Dutch police on Sunday arrested a 32-year-old man in Rotterdam suspected of preparing an attack on France, national prosecutors said.


The man was arrested at France's request and is to be extradited, prosecutors said in a statement. Three other people were detained.
