Ordered a Sigelei SS Telescope from Vapeking, and as usual I decided that this cheap Chinese mod could make itself a permanent home to one of my homeless gennys.
    Work Done:

    Sigelei

    1. Modded switch with lighter spring
    2. Shortened throw with winding new spring down onto and through bottom c-clip slot.
    3. Removed 510 plastic bush and contact pin.
    4. Ground down top of mod body( with pillar drill and disc cutter.
    5. Sanded and polished all body parts.
    6. Sanded and polished switch firing pin

    DID

    1. Lengthened positive pin at 510 connection with heatproof silicone spacer
    2. Drilled additional 3.5mm wickhole in top platform.
    3. Polished top platform.
    4. Installed unoxidized 40mmx95mm #200 U-wick and wrapped 4 wrap 28g Kanthal coil
    5. Pulsed to setup coil

    Result:
    Very happy,I;m getting a good 3.85v with the 0.8Ohm coil on a fresh 18500.
The button is great with a very short easy operation, but it is just the right tension to stand it up without locking the button.
Vapeking states "Sigelei SS Telescope 18350/18650 MOD Body,Min length is about 8.5cm"
finished length in 18500 mode of the Sigelei section of the mod is now 7.5cm, and the picture shows size in 18500 mode against the Zmax.
The U-wick is glorious on the DID with the 4wrap 28g.

Another genny with a good home for $40

The full switch mod in stages with final voltage 0.8 Ohm coil with an AW 18500 at 4.15v no load giving 3.92-3.93v under load, not too shabby me thinks.
The copper wire used is from 1.8mm (od of plastic casing) speaker wire.
Condom from carto (white silicone thingy on battery stop rubber)was used to create some extra shimming and pre-load for a tighter battery fit and less slop in threads.
