Dry burning DNA40

Hey guys,

Just wondering how you go about dry burning or cleaning the coil on the DNA40 with nickel build?
With temp control, I thought the coil will not gunk up but mine does...
Could be the juice but anyway, so do you switch off the temp to do it? seems dangerous at 0.15ohm....

any advice?

 

I turn off TC and pulse the coil to a dull red.

 

at what watts were you pulsing at?

 

20W on a 30ga 1.4Ω twisted coil. Start with less and work up if you like.
