It's time I get back into vaping, and ditch the ciggies for good this time.

I used to vape an ego-c and that really did work for me but it got boring.

This time round I've got myself a mechnical mod, rda and a rta. 18650 35amp battery for the rda and a 18500 15amp for the rta.

I've got myself a heap of rebuilding gear too, going all out this time and won't be sticking with the boring basics.

Been researching on the sub ohm vaping stuff and was just wondering if anyone could link me to threads that explain how to rebuild and how many ohms I should be vaping at etc?

Why is vaping at less ohms better then more? So comparing a 22g wire with 5 wraps and 28g wire with the same surface area, the 28g will have more ohms but what affect will this have? Will they still produce the same amount of vapour?

Coil wrapping | Steam Engine | free vaping calculators

This will be of great help for working out coil builds/battery limits etc.
Basically the thicker wire(#22) will be lower ohms for the same amount of wraps as the (#28) thinner wire. Which will draw more current from the battery creating a much hotter coil. Producing more vapour.
Just remember that it's a bit like a car engine. More coil heat means good wicking/juice delivery, and more airflow is also needed, or the juice will burn. It's a fun pastime experimenting :)

that's not always true - some of us don't like sub ohming - some do

personally i reckon vaping between 1.2 to 1.6 ohm on a mech is great if you set it up well

what rda are u gonna be using?

I use a mech and usually sit between 0.7 to 1.0 ohm. 4 -5 wraps of 28 guage. Good enough for me. Never do dual coils or any of that fancy shit.

it might not be pretty but I couldn't give a rats red arsehole..it takes all of 5 minutes to build, this build is about 2 weeks old, I dry burn when I want to change flavours...micro or contact coils and cotton I couldn't be f*cked putting in that much effort...
