SMOK Species 230W Mod is the V2 or second generation of the alien creature, imposing a truly futuristic design with an upscale touch through angular lines and now-iconic cobra resin-dyed panel. Accessing the submenus of the Species is easily done by pressing the top left of the screen and features the corresponding icons-- Output Mode Settings, Puff Settings, Screen Settings and System Settings. Located on the bottom of the screen is an independent screen locking button. The upgraded chipset of the Species retains the form factor we all know and love and succeeds on making an elegant step forward. The SMOK Species Box Mod has an outstanding power range of 1 to 230W, a input voltage of 6.4 to 8.4V, and an output voltage of 0.5 to 8.2V. The crowning achievement lies within the hyper engines of the TFV8 V2 Coil Family, including a 0.17ohm Baby V2 A1 Single Coil with a large piece of mesh covering the cotton and a rating range of 90W to 140W. Each full set-up also comes with the 0.2ohm Baby A2 Dual Coil with two heating cores and a wattage setting of 50W to 80W. The TFV8 Baby V2 Sub-Ohm tank is an evolution of the beloved and critically acclaimed TFV8 Baby Beast Sub-Ohm Tank. The TFV8 Baby V2 utilizes maximum mesh coils and consists of the A1, A2, A3 coil family; The A1 coil head features a large heating area, rated at 0.17 ohm, single mesh with the capabilities of 90 to 140W (recommended at 110 to 130W). The A2 coil head features dual heating cores for larger clouds, rated at 0.2 ohm, double mesh coils with the capabilities of 50 to 80W (recommended at 65 to 75W). The A3 Coils are meant for pure flavor and thicker clouds, rated at 0.15ohm, triple mesh coils with the capabilities of 60 to 100W (recommended at 80 to 90W).
