My greenhouse one order has taken over 40 days. I have contacted Tim and he has not yet got back after saying he will investigate with the shipping company. I am losing hope and to make matters worse I am moving out of my house in 2 days.
I should have stuck with Fasttech as I have received the items in 2 weeks and that is with free delivery.

If you weren't carded (ie they thought you weren't home), then the driver couldn't find your address so it's going to a depot they have for regional SA/NT parcels. Odds are they aren't going to turn a driver around, so no delivery today, FSOL.

 

iv had the front door open all day and theres more than one person home. man these guys suck fedex never has a problem finding me lol hopefully this is a one off and my next orders from rs-online arent screwed up because of toll

 

Toll emailed me to expect my delivery Friday.
He came Thursday.

 

I got a call back at the end of the day yesterday to organise delivery for Monday and I made it very clear how impossible it was to miss my house......

grrr! put an order in last wednesday. ticked the mailing option that didn't need a signature, so if i wasn't home, the parcel would be left anyway. get home to a card today saying i could pick it up at the busiest and hardest to get to post office in town TOMORROW AFTERNOON!!! GRRRRR!!!!!
