does EMS track past customs? been sitting on the same status since the 8th

 

My HC order using EMS normally takes about 4 days. Has been 14 days!
The EMS website has been slow as f for me too!

no it took like 7 days before they sent me a email that it was sent.
Now I think they have them instock, they just haven't updated the site. The notice came last night.
