Does anyone vape 0mg/mL nicotine?

I haven't yet but I am aiming at doing it. I want to reduce my nicotine intake gradually to the point that I don't need any more nicotine.

 

I know some friends vape 0 nicotine. Before, they were smokers, but they switched to vaping so they can stop smoking. They lowered their nicotine levels as time progress.

 

I am currently on the path to smoke only 0 nicotine. However, right now I am trying to slowly wean myself. That way my body won't be alarmed by the low nicotine.

 

How much time did it took them to get down to 0 nicotine juice? Also, do they still have an occasionally cigarette/nicotine juice higher than 0 or they have quit it for good? Also, how much time did it passed for them since they did quit? Did they use a specific method or specific negative progression, or it was simply decreasing the amount.

 

I've tried it and it was a no go. I'm still not ready to completely get off nicotine just yet. That is the ultimate goal and I'm on 3mg of nicotine right now.

 

I do and I don't. Me and nicotine are "just friends" now. I don't really care for it as much and I generally avoid it, because it worries me that I'd take a cigarette if I was still addicted to it.
