Do you plan on ever giving up nicotine at all, or just stick with the vaping devices for good? For myself it always been out of question the idea to smoke until I die, I want to quit as soon as I'll be able to. I've done the switch from cigarettes to vaping some time ago, and now I'm beginning preparations to quit it for good. What are your plans? I know that there are lots of vapers who believe vaping to be very inoffensive, and they plan to vape down to the day they'll die. Well, vaping is anything but healthy, it is a lot healthier than smoking cigarettes, but not healthy as an habit.

I definitely would like to one day get off smoking anything altogether. I'm trying to wind down on the nicotine juices and see if I can get to zero percent nicotine. If I can get there and then I will experiment with getting off of it completely.

My ultimate goal is certainly to get off smoking completely. The idea of smoking anything for the rest of my life is just out of the question. I'm in the process of weaning myself off through vaping and getting down to 0% nicotine.

Well, I will never switch back to cigar. Nowadays, vaping has become my life and I have experienced a lot of benefits since I started vaping. Vaping is much safer than real cigars and a lot of people have experienced it.

I don't have many vices, I enjoy nicotine and with vaping the negative aspects will be minimal.
So I plan on keeping up the habit for now.
Things change though so I can't predict the future and don't know if I will keep vaping forever.

I honestly cannot see myself giving up vaping for a long time just because I enjoy it so much! When I first started vaping, I used high nicotine liquid, but now I am down to 3mg whichis one of the lowest you can buy. Nicotine is not bad if used at a very low dosage and the way I see it I am going to carry on doing what I enjoy!

Eventually, sometime in the distant future i would give it up all together, but for now, it tastes awesome!

Hmmm... I have quit smoking through vaping. But can I actually quit vaping without the help of any alternative? Lol. That's a good question to ponder on. Right now, I don't see myself quitting vaping anytime soon. I just don't think I have the motivation to do so since I don't even see vaping as a bad habit in itself. Maybe if a study downright proved that vaping has bad or negative effects for the body, then MAYBE I would try to quit in.

The reality is, I see vaping as nothing more than just that. I don't see it as a vice since I'm just inhaling vapour. Anyway, I know it's not normal though since not a lot of people vape. It's not the norm per se... But to quit it because it's not the norm... I cannot see myself doing that. Even so, I'm thinking what if I go back to smoking if I quit vaping? That's a possibility and it might happen.

Well, those are the things an average smoker says about smoking, they all think about a distant place in future when they would quit (sadly it is, in most of the cases, after they day). I'm not trying to bully you, just pointing things out, and yes, nicotine is still bad even in very low dosage, there have not been enough tests anyway, to say that it is "safe". However congratulations for vaping 3mg liquid, but make sure you do not vape 10x as much as you would normal, I remember once when I tried to switch cigarettes from 7-8mg of nicotine to 1mg of nicotine per cigarette, I smoked 6 times more or so, so it was not deal at all, even worse.

Yes I would most likely end up vaping and giving up when I have children. I would not want to get my kids any ideas like that and keep them as safe and secure as they can be. It could be a bad influence and I don't want to take any risks.

I do plan on giving up vaping when I have a family and children. I don't think it's bad for you and it is definitely better than a cigarette. Both aren't good for your health and I do plan on stopping very soon.

I don't, mainly because every time I have I ended up smoking again. I think my body enjoys the nicotine too much for me too let it go. I have tappered down my nicotine at times, but came around to the fact that I'll probably be smoking for the rest of my life so stick at a 24mg. I also like the oral nature of it, the smoke, the taste, etc. To me it's more of a lifesaver and a way to keep me off of cigarettes. Like methadone for a heroin addict, I suppose. 0o

I haven't decided yet, I keep up with the latest studies about Ecigs just in case it turns out to be really bad for us. Personally, I enjoy it a lot and if it isn't gonna shorten my lifespan considerably then I will probably not quit.

I enjoy vaping but I plan to leave it when I fall pregnant or decide to start a family. There is not much research done on the effects of zero nicotine for pregnancy, I would rather be safe than sorry. I also would like to set an example for my child, not to smoke or vape anything which would be ideal.

I think my long term goal is to give up vaping. But that is really a very long term goal. When I started vaping, I planned to give it up fairly quickly. I reduced the nicotine content too quickly and I found I started supplementing with cigarettes again. That lead to smoking regularly which was the opposite of my original goal. This time, I plan to take my time reducing my nicotine level down to zero. I'm talking about over the course of several years, otherwise I'm afraid I'll end up smoking again.

All of that being said, the last time I gave up smoking entirely to vaping, I found, especially at work, that I missed the social aspect of going outside with smoker friends. It felt really awkward to me to be standing there while they smoked, so I didn't do it. At least with vaping, I'm doing something similar to what the smokers are doing and it eliminates that awkwardness. When I eventually give up vaping entire.y, I'll have to find another way to do the social piece without smoking or vaping.

I have been vaping on and off for about two years now and I have decided to try giving up it during the summer. However, it has been a good hobby and a way to spend time although I am getting enough of it since the new vaping devices and e-juices cost quite a lot for my budget. In addition it is taking a plenty of time from other hobbies.

I do plan to quit vaping but I do not know what the future will hold. I mean I do not want any more problems but I know I am going to get into more problems. I feel like I need to stop having problems before I decide to quit vaping.

I will stop vaping whenever I consider that I'm tired of it, otherwise I will keep vaping and seems like it is going to be for a long while, unless it gets broken and I dont have the money to buy a new one.. haha

Sure, don't you already know that when it comes about their addiction to nicotine, people always find the money?
You'll always have problems mate, it's never the perfect time, or even a suit time for giving up on an addiction, as you'll always find something to hold on to to not quit, it's the same, it'll be hard today and it'll be hard after 10 years if you want to do it.

I don't plan on stopping vaping. I fear that if I do quit, I might relapse into smoking again.
