    Good morning all,
I was reading a few posts and noticed that a few people were using Cape Cod Polishing Cloths to polish and keep their mods looking clean and very shiny, and also the instructions for the GGTS recommend using Cape Cod Polishing cloths too, so I decided to get some.
At first I thought that they were a little on the expensive side, especially not know how long they last or their durability, but I thought that it would be worth spending extra on polishing cloths considering the price that a good mod costs, so I thought of it as an investment in keeping the value of my mods.
I ordered the industrial size pack which includes 12 6" x 12" vanilla scented premoistened polishing cloths, a dusting and polishing cloth and a set of reusable gloves, all for $35 plus delivery.
INDUSTRIAL SIZE TIN OF CAPE COD® METAL POLISHING CLOTHS
The polishing cloths arrived in a really fancy looking metal tin, which contains all the polishing cloths, polishing cloth and gloves.
One of the best parts I found is that each polishing cloth is in its own packaging which means that they will last longer and you only need to open one packet at a time, so the rest of them stay moist.
The cloths are very very soft and smell quite nice, especially when You compare the smell to brasso, which I find makes the whole house smell when I use it, and it can also be a little too abrasive.
I also found that I only needed to cut an inch wide strip and didn't need to unwrap the whole cloth and could leave it in it own packaging.
The cloths polish really really well and give everything you use them on a fantastic lustur which last even when using the mod and is quite resistant to finger prints.
After using the cloths I have realized that they are very cheap in fact and the pack that I bought will probably last me for a few years.
Please don't think of this as a review, I just wanted to let people who like to take care of their things and like value for money, you can't go past Cape Cod Polishing Cloths.
After I ordered them I found that peters of Kensington also stock them.

    Thank you for your time.

I think I found out about them from you :)

I paid about $18 for postage from Cape Cod and also had to wait a few days for them to get back to me about how much it would cost to post them but I think Peters of Kensington charge about $11 for postage to me in Victoria.
So an economy size from Cape Cod will cost $20 plus $18 for postage (approximately) so $38 total.
Economy size from peters of Kensington costs $21 plus $11 for postage (approximately) so $32 total, so not a really big difference, especially when you take the dollar difference in to account.

This is something I hadn't thought about or considered. As someone who sews as a hobby, the first thing I did was to make a fabric, padded case to keep my unit in. I figured if I kept it in good condition, and stopped it getting 'dirty' in the first place, then I wouldn't have to clean it. So far so good. How do others store their devices? Mine didn't come with any kind of case, or holder, so I was left to devise something on my own.
