It is worth giving it a shot but I cannot say for sure that it can. Start vaping and see how you feel about it. Best of luck.

Nope. Cannabis addiction usually isn't that bad anyways unless you can't support the habit and are grab-bagging on all your strains instead of having access to stuff that works well with you. I smoke legally all the time and I can go days without just fine, I even prefer it, I have tons of control but that's only because I know what works

I was going to say that, you aren't in as much danger as cigarettes. The only common problem I know is people not controlling how much they eat during the munchies. Then add a few pounds

Well cannabis can have a ton of adverse effects, but generally speaking, they are limited and isolated and there isn't a lot of evidence to show they are long term or incurable problems. Disconnection with reality can be a tough one, going too far and having psychological issues become more pronounced is common, but the general consensus is that it only enhances existing problems and people who are in good health and psychology with a good strain have almost universally positive experiences

Well, an addiction is kinda mental thing. Yeah, that's good it's not a heroin one. So, to quit it you should start challenging yourself to smoke less and less to kick out the habit of unnecessary smoking.

Btw, how long have you been smoking for?

I agree cannabis addiction is not that serious compared to tobacco addiction. I also go out for days without smoking cannabis but there are some days I really feel thirsty.

I have been smoking cannabis for 8 years. The first time I smoked it, I was 16 years.

I prefer cannabis than tobacco. I read somewhere that marijuana was illlegalized because it would be too competitive for the tobacco business and fearing a loss, the powerful guys with stakes in the tobacco business pushed a bill to abolish it. The descendants of the same people are the ones fighting against vaping yet they are selling cigarettes. Double standards or hypocrisy?

I don't really think addiction is a mental thing. There are people out there who go into shock if they don't get their addiction drug. However, such symptoms are mainly associated with terrible drugs like heroin and meth.

I have been smoking cannabis for 20 years. I actually want to get a voporizer that I can also use for hash oil. The best way to stop smoking weed is to just quit cold turkey.

Everything centers around the idea that certain humans should have the enforceable right to control other humans regardless of the effects of their action. It is the fallacy that "daddy knows best," or that people making rules cannot be wrong, questioned, criticized or removed. Cannabis also has a huge degree of an issue in the medical industry, because an easily growing plant that is known to positively affect certain psychological conditions would deal a billion dollar death blow to certain aspects of medicine

Hmmm...I don't know for sure, but you can give it a shot. After all, it might be able to help you in the end. All I can say is that it has certainly helped me in quitting cigarettes. I used to smoke a few cigs a day and now, I don't even smoke one of them. Marijuana is different though and I don't know if it can help you truly get rid of the addiction. I hope it does though, good luck! And let us know if you do try vaping to quit marijuana!

Every type of addiction is related to only one chemical in the brain and the name of the chemical is 'dopamine'. Dopamine is related to craving for the 'highness' that we experience when you take marijuana. Vaping can satisfy the crave for dopamine and thus it 'can' stop your marijuana addiction. You should give it a try and I think it works.

It is worth a try. I know vaping helped many people quit smoking so it should help you transition over from smoking marijuana.

Marijuana addiction? You're surely the first one to hear with that kind of addiction, depending on what you're referring to, it can and it can't. If you're referring to quit your marijuana smoking addiction by vaping marijuana, then yes, it can. If you're referring to cure your marijuana smoking addiction by smoking nicotine, then that's all just a theory. Do you use to smoke marijuana along with tobacco? As the real addiction might be for the tobacco not for the Marijuana. If you usually mix it with tobacco, then yes, vaping nicotine might help you, if not, go consult a specialist in this matter.

I would guess it wouldn't really help. The marijuana high is just completely different than vaping some nicotine juice or smoking cigarettes. That's a whole another thing you are dealing with.

Vaping can definitely help you quit your marijuana addiction. When I first started vaping it was to quit smoking, but I'm sure it would work the same likewise.

Worth a try. As Rajesh said, Vaping can stop your cravings for dopamine, for sure. The question is now how much dosage is required to supply your needs? Try some juices with similar taste and different nicotine's content.
