Can't see why it wouldn't. Just make sure you have a.com adapter.

SHould be ok , provided the battery is an actual 18350 ie 18mm round and 35mm long ( thanks Hack LOL )
You might want to consider geting a better quality one tho , and one that will do other sizes .. as your vaping journey goes on you will find yourself with all sorts of batteries
I use a Trustfire tr-001 for most of my battery charging
its only a few dollars more , but much more versatile
    TrustFire TR-001 Lithium ion Battery 2 Channel Charger(US/Euro) [TrustFire-1 TR-001] - $8.90 : Healthcabin Electronic Cigarettes - Wholesale and Retail

What charger are you using for the bullet? You might just need a couple of spacers.

Get a decent intellegent charger that are tried and tested like the Soshine etc.
Those little ones are hit and miss.
If yours is a miss, it will wreck all of your batteries.

Dont be scared lol ... just pop it in and keep an eye on it ... feel the cell now and then , its ok for it to get barely warmish .. but if it gets hot discontinue
I regularly charge 16340's in mine and they are a poofteenth smaller than the cells you linked

I also have some you b.comt balance chargers for all my RC gear that I could use , but my tr-001 charges consistently to 4.2V ... it is a fixed charge rate tho , so I would recommend you only charge batteries of at least 500mah in them

But as SS and others recommend , if you are nervous about charging , and cant check whats going on ... Soshine is the best for you

Meh, just cut the power cord & plug off of any appliance in your home (a big screen LED TV for example), strip back the insulation on the end of both wires, plug it into the wall.
Then while holding each end of the cord, touch them to either end of the battery(s) & if they dont charge up really fast at least we will have a funny story to hear when you get out of hospital & post your experience on here :D

[Disclaimer] I do not recommend using this advice.
