e-Go c battery rattling

Hey guys, got a e-Go C 1000mAh kit the other day and one of the batteries has started to rattle today. Feels like something inside the battery is moving, the battery is working as normal. Should I be worried? any solutions? Cheers.

 

Id contact the vendor and send it for a replacement. The shouldnt rattle.

 

I've sent an email to the vendor and I'll see what they say. It won't be worth me sending the damn thing back as it would probably cost more than the actual battery.

 

Yippy, the problem is that, there is more space between the battery and the PCB, it can work well. If the wire couldn't been stressed, it is ok.

If not, it will broken sometimes. Ask supplier to replace one battery.

 

Thanks Helen, the battery is still working so far but it's pretty much a matter of time before the wire breaks I guess. It's been a week and the supplier still hasn't replied to my email
I definitely won't be buying anything from them again.
