OK, I bought my self a DNA 12 and want to build my first mod. Its gonna be a side by side metal tube mod. Be.comse I am using a metal body i was wondering if this wiring diagram will work with an evolv DNA. I'm not much of a Electronics person, so I would like some help.

Cant the positive from the switch touch the pos of the battery like on my GLV. im confused. Will i have to run a separate one to the switch and a separate one to the battery. Is it OK for the neg contacts to just connect to the body?
    Maybe something like this.

link me to a manual .. i don't know how the dna does the switching, assuming one side of the switch input is ground .. then yes, that input can be connected to ground, so can one side if the switch and the battery, you will still need a thick wire from the battery and a small wire to the other side if the switch,
why does the dna diagram have 2 batterys ?

did you update the pic ?, that looks ok .. with one but.
the manual does not say that the negative of the switch input is ground, it orobably is .. but you can't assume it. grab a multimeter and do an ohms check from switch neg to battery neg, if its 0 .. then your diagram is fine.

Sweet, Thanks Stoney. Ill test it out. If it isnt i'll just have to run the neg direct to the switch from the chip.

    your 2nd pic keeps changing.
you need to separate the switch and battery wires

The second one should be OK i think, I hope. I have most the bits i just need a tap and die set to put some threads in the tube.

You got me thinking cop, I was going to order some polycarb tubing the same diameter as a ProVari, I wonder how that will fare.
I might give it a go, if it doesn't come out so well I can always recycle it.
