So I'm trying to refinish and buff-up the internals of an old Bolt I have laying around as a weekend project. I yanked out all the internals but I can't get the 510 connection out. I thought I could just push it out but that doesn't seem to be the case. Anyone have any tips?

I believe MickeyRat has taken the bolts apart, as he did replace switches on them, maybe he will help you

Whiskey calls and I answer! I never tried to take out the connector. It really looked like it was glued in like everything else with hot glue. I used a hair dryer to soften the glue and get the switch and wiring out. That might work on the connector.

Thanks, I'll give that a shot. I hope I can get it out because I've already mangled it up. I'd hate to have to junk this thing.

if push comes to shove ?? you could drill out the old fitting and push in a new 510 connector easy enough
