Sources for SS mesh

Hi Guys,

Just wondering if you have any local sources of SS mesh? how much would they cost?

 

Not sure... I ordered mine from ebay. Cost me like $10 including postage from the UK and I got it in about 7 days.

 

I tried locally in Brisbane, started at bunnings, and each place I called said no, and recommended another place. Eventually I gave up. I've got some on the way from ebay UK, but it turns out its just themeshcompany.com 's ebay account...

 

What is the mesh you guys are looking for actually called? Like what were you asking for when you called these places? I enjoy a challenge

 

It's a super fine stainless steel mesh #400 I think it is 25 Micron.

 

This is from a place in Brisbane called (strangely enough) Metal Mesh. Down the bottom of that list they mention "Other apertures available on request."
