Seen this Gen Mod. Looks pretty cool.

That's a co-op at other spot I was close but some of them ground up building co-ops scare me. I like it tho!

Yeah, it's apparently only being pre-ordered in ECF co-ops, but it's made in the US and seems high-quality.

I wouldn't mind one, but oh well. Seems exclusivity is the norm these days for anything "good".

And folks wonder why China is pumping out massive amounts of clones that get better every week?
The US needs to step it up and stop being a have/have not country.

Exception to the rule: Super-T Manufacturing. I can get a made in America, high-quality device there nearly anytime I want for a fair price.
I wish more could do that....then the Chinese would have a real contest.

I saw the Google docs list 'cuz a Greek forum posted the links, but I wouldn't be able to PM or such as they probably want.

I swear, that looks like Wooky's hands and craftsmanship, except I know he doesn't like SS much.

 

Well, for starters, the runner prefers not to PM, so that's a good thing.

Not sure who Wooky is, but these pictures show aluminum body's, as the designer preferred, but most actual feedback was that of SS being a better choice. Personally, aluminum would have been better.

I do not know how you can stay in touch without being on the other forum though, but I hope something gets worked out where anyone can. It is a great value, provided it turns out the way it's designed. Eric would take as many as possible I think, at least to get costs down.

 

Bottom line is, I'm not doing a co-op blind.
I'm not going back to ECF, so then IDK who is doing it, who is making the shit, or even if it isn't a scam with a nice prototype and a free gmail addy.

I don't need to get J-Boxed. ;-)



All this sooper-exclusive, only-l337-get-to-have-them, limited run BS needs to go away.

I can spent $50-70 and get a nice SS mech mod like the Smok Natural or DrawTube and a AGA-T+, or I could build an Evercool/DNA12 mod for it. Hmmm...

 

I agree with your sentiments, please don't take me the wrong way. I avoid things like the iHy and Zen stuff because the limited release and the groups following them. I actually get a bad feeling when I read the elitists posts, even when their topics are not about these items. I tend to find them unconvincing.

The same reason I avoid GV crowds, too lovey-dovey regarding products.

That said, this isn't the same in my opinion. The runner is allowing as many as possible to join, has disclosed who is mfg them, and has assistants that have proven to be honest and worthy. JBox seemed to as well, and I can't understand why he would do what he did. Then again, any of these co-op runners could decide its their last and run off with the money. That's a reality.

I am not trying to talk you into one, as I am starting to get a bit impatient myself. I have a problem with waiting so long, I need to work on that.

Thing is, for the price it's pretty damned nice. Only real comparison in price IMO would be the EA mod from a co-op for $140. If he really wants to sell a lot, why limit to one site? If it's a one-off with no guarantees of every even seeing product then just say so and let the chips fall.

But, if I do commit, that'd be my only vape purchase for the month. To do that site-unseen as it were, is a bit much.

Naturally, if I went and logged into ECF (which appears to be having issues atm) then I'd be able to figure it all out for myself in short order. I'm pretty good at detecting funny-smelling problems in deals that way.

But, it's ECF only, so I'd just written it off until they hit the classies here...as they will I'm sure.

Why is vaping getting so damed territorial and exclusive? It's silly to have a spekial sekrit klub for a hunk of metal you probably won't care about in a year.

 

Yeah, I don't need it either, just liked the quality. I tend to see through marketing too, and this guy doesn't appear to be a good marketeer, maybe that's why I like it!

I'm just fine with my Legacy/AGA-T combo for sure. It just works.

I have called out the Intuitive Atty Hybrid on both sites for its ridiculousness, so much of a cheap looking item.

 

Dam smacking around my IHY i love the vape on it just as much as i love my ChId just sayn. I learned my lesson when i started vaping with the GtankUs and fell in again with a Bam stayed out of the mini gtank co-op over there by the luck of my internet being out 2 days (thank you vaping GOD) but now like said above i will wait for builds like this in the classys, And if its a hit and over priced i have a IHY to trade... It does look nice and i was close as hell to getting in.

 

I'm on the list for 2 AFPV's and 2 atty's because there a good price! Oh and I plan on giving away all the old vape gear I don't use anymore to friend's and family so they can quit.
