I suggest anyone that purchased these from a supplier contact the supplier. If they were purchased directly from the manufacturer or through a coop I suggest contacting the manufacturer directly to get information on returning the product. If purchased through a coop you could try contacting the coop organizer and see if they are trying to work with the manufacturer for the sake of the participants like Chaos did in the case of the faulty ZMax's.
Thats not an option I am going to take, and on top of that, it sounds like they want to sell me more stuff that lacks QC, and call it a refund. Naw I will take the loss and just watch who manufactures the stuff I buy in the future.
