thoughts on the the new I taste mvp vv mod

Pbusardo did a review on these,,and he was able to get the caps off enough to get pictures of the inside of these

 

Yes, that's why I tried - but he also mentions that he can barely open it up. You'll see in his video exactly what I meant about how the one side doesn't pull off as much as the other - you'd have to pull out the LCD assembly to extract the bottom completely, or even enough to fix down the female half of the adapter.

Not trying to burst any bubbles - just trying to let people know this issue is no cakewalk.

I am really loving my MVP... I get a full two days of pretty steady vaping at home and light vaping on breaks at work. I can get about 700 drags outta mine before needing a recharge, and have not had any problems with the micro USB charger as everyone is talking about. I guess I'm just lucky but I have another one on the way and we will see. I have been using the charger that came with it, but I suppose I could use a different micro charger just to be on the safe side. For around 50 bucks you really cant beat the quality of this device in my opinion.

 

Does anyone have some info how many months the attached battery will last,
how about how many charges it will take?

I had a Revolution V2. I know it doesn't compare to the MVP, but
because this didn't last more than a month of charges, I promised myself I wouldn't
get a PV if you couldn't change the batteries out.

 

well you can take these apart and change the batteries later on,,if you are somewhat mechanically inclined and can solder

 

How do I get the VV display to work??

 

Just wait for the puff counter to go away, takes a couple seconds. Then you are free to go up or down in .10 increments, limited to 5 v

I think its a good device to use in public or in the car, its durable and fairly stealthy. Not sure how many recharges it can take before it dies but as a backup device its a good buy. I only use mine in public or a vehicle, it should last.

Got it fired up and its not a bad little unit!!! Fits in a pocket or my purse for out and about...I like it!!
