Variable Voltage Original Atari Controller Mod with Two 14500 Batteries & Charger

Of course the controller is used. Atari was like the first gaming system ever.

You can see the wear and tear from it being used to play many games.

Press the button to fire it, turn the knob to lower or crank up the voltage and inhale through the top of the controller.

It goes up to 5.5 volts which you can see the voltage on the lcd screen beside the knob when you press the button.

If anyone wants it, and can order from the United States, let me know and I will throw it on the website when you are ready to purchase.

No warranties exchanges or refunds as they are made by someone else and we are 50 gazillion miles away from each other.

I fondly remember hours of game play on my C64 using the adapted versions of these joysticks. Happy memories. It's an awesome mod and the computer nerd in me says 'this is a real mod'. As in the sense of a modification of something into something else (so common in the early days of home computing). Good luck with the sale.

 

Are they the mods that Phil Busardo makes? I saw his review, very funny and a very cool novelty mod.

Phil made 6 of them and will not make any more. I actually have 2 of them.

 

The shipping was based on international first class small and medium boxes. It appears ground may be less expensive if you are used to waiting on the flipside. If so, I can certainly adjust the shipping prices!
