I bought this 650mah one when they first came out, the top broke off fairly soon after. I have another 900mah one and the same thing has happened, there not very strong on the top thread. And the yellow or red wire seems to break off the board easily.

Thought i'd post some images just for intrest sake, a friend was thinking of putting the innards in a glv and dissasembled it.

so theres a second micro on the back of the LED board and using serial comms to set how many leds are on. Only a half mm lip for the top section glued on ? looks like a typical dodgy manufacturer noob mistake, is going to fail first drop.

Yep pretty poor on the top section. Before the wire pulled out the top section had come off a few times but i could pop it back into place.

Not sure if i dropped mine (probably did) but i noticed it getting loose removing drip tips from boges in a tank while the tank was still on the battery. Ive done this alot of times with normal egos and there top section is still on solid and strong after a lot more abuse. My other one the 900mah fell apart in my pocket, the tank seems to act like a lever on the already weak top part.

I've dropped my Joye eGo-T 900mAh battery onto hard concrete once, not a hassle. They're very solid things! I've wondered if some of the knockoffs were any good or not, this makes me think probably not. Looks like it was slapped together quickly!

    I broke mine too :(
The inner terminal came out and the little rubber insulator was split so I couldn't put it back.

Never mind.. ProVari coming for xmas.. :)

    Thanks mk1990.. I can't wait.
It's gonna be so cool to not have to charge all the time and have control over voltage.

    yes, the provape battery.
I ended up getting about 46 hours, just under the 2 day mark, fairly impressed .. an IMR is usually a day almost exactly.
