whats up with my new batteries

I just recieved a bunch of 18650's charged them and stuck them in my mod but its weird there is vapour but no hit i can drag till im blue in the face and still no hit. I have measured the volts to be about 4.3 straight out of the charger so its not that .comsing the issue I tried to do a ohms test but that didnt work(probably operator error) but could this be a high internal resistance or something else?

 

Clean/new atty / noalax switches?

 

little bit of info needed .. ie WHATS THE MOD
at a guess .. protected ?

Lol I was hopeing no one would remember that Thx hack,yes they are the batteries I got from eBay lol no wonder they are budget. Mod is a silver bullet so no circuit protection the batteries however claim to be protected. I forgot to mention the original batteries work fine its just these ripoff brand ones

I had some trustfires off ebay lob a few days back. They're working fine.

One was near flat out of the pack but its picked up a charge and holding is it without trouble. More assorted cheap batts coming from Wongolia in the next few days, so we'll see how they go.
