    Hi Provari Owners
This post could be of use to other owners of tank mods. My problem has been that it was difficult to screw on the assembled tank, tight enough so that it wouldn’t come loose. I decided to assemble the thing, after screwing in the cart, and making it tight enough so that it wouldn’t work loose. Then the end cap, tank, end cap. Problem with this approach is that its not practical for filling the tank, as the tank cant be removed. Although the Provari has a flat bottom, its not very stable when stood on end. I managed to get around this issue as per the attached photo. The stand was purchased from Clark Rubber for about three bucks. It’s a replacement tip for a crutch. Simple and cheap. This lump of wood will take its place when I can get hold of a drill bit large enough!!!

One of my dogs just lost a leg. That setup looks about the right size/shape/functionality for an artificial leg. If I had it fitted it would save me carrying my mod around, just need to call the dog over every time i need a vape. Just a thought, could be a whole new range of dual purpose ecig mods.

There's no need to have them so tightly screwed down, all you end up doing is forcing the inner pin of the cart in further. While not being an issue with the Provari, this can also .comse other PV's to have their center pin pushed in, making some carts/atties not contact and not work(you have to pry it back out to fix).

All I do is screw till it makes contact then go about 1/8th of a turn, enough to make a firm connection, never had an issue doing this with tanks, carts or atties.

    Nice idea for a stand:)

    Cheers

Thanks MACCA350 Yes I couldn’t agree more. Problem is with my setup is there is no part of the cart that protrudes above the tank, and the bottom of the tank is flush with the Pravari The only option was to rotate the tank with the drip tip, but this rotates itself in the cart? Make sense? Before, the tank was always working loose.

The drip tip is the best way to tighten and bottom fill is by far the easiest method.

Having to take those ends off each time for a fill looks fiddly and time consuming and will put un-needed stress and stain on the tube, the end caps and the orings over a much shorter period of time.

The cartomiser (in the tank) should not be tightened as such on the Provari (or any other device). It is a firm connection not a screw it so hard it will never come off type tight.

    Hope this helps Robray

    Thanks for the input guys
The main problem I have been having is that the cart kept coming loose. I agree that hacks method is the correct way. The picture I posted was in actual fact wrong. I had just assembled it, after screwing on the cart. Usually the assembled tank would just be slid up high enough to allow filling from the top, after removal of the drip tip. As I am doing the job this way, I was looking for a way to keep the Pavari stable in the upright position. My old hands and eyesight are not as good as they were!!!!

Currently don't have the Liquinator(should be here by the end of the week) but currently using Boge Carts with Delrin drip tips and have no problem screwing it down with the drip tip. The drip tips I'm using can spin but you'd have to be cranking them down pretty tightly to get them to spin.......far tighter than I do and would recommend......maybe your drip tips are looser than mine.

    Cheers
