This is a variation of another mod previously posted.

    Parts you need:

    1 10ml Luer-Lok Syringe (BD302149)
1 CE2 XL Clearomizer (resistance of your choice)
    18mm length of 19mm glue-lined heatshrink (WM5645 from Jaycar)

Tools you need: Hacksaw, 8.2mm drill bit, Hot-air gun, a dead 501 attie outer sleeve

    How to:

Pull the plunger from the syringe and remove the black seal from the end. Punch a hole in the middle of the seal using the outer sleeve of a 501 attie. Cut the syringe barrel at the 7ml mark using a hacksaw and then drill the luer tip out from the inside with an 8.2mm drill (8mm would probably be ok). Dissassemble the Clearomizer and remove the cover from the ceramic cup. Press the clearomizer into the syringe barrel then fit the silicone cover back to ceramic cup noting the orientation to the wick. Slide the seal over the clearo barrel and then fit into syringe being careful that the clearo barrel doesn't cover the wick. Fit the heatshrink tubing into position and apply the heat.

To fill I use an 18g syringe through the heatshrink and seal which closes up after. I've been using one of these for 3 weeks now and it's still going great with no leaking. I expect the CE2 will last a lot longer in this tank be.comse of the less restrictive wicking.

Mate that looks like it would work really well. how long do you reckon it would last and how easy is it to put a new clearomizer thing'o in it.

My first one lasted ~70ml of juice before going open circuit. Only takes a minute or 2 to install a new clearo element and it works much better than the clearo by itself.
