Went to Bunnings this morning and bought a $59 plunge router that I then used to make this mod. Used the same 19mm timber flooring (cedar I think) as Mk I version but routed a blind cavity for the rectangular battery, routed another piece down to 2.5mm thick for the back. Then assembled battery, connector and switch into it and glued the back cover on. A bit of sanding and some beeswax to seal it.....a bit of afternoon fun on a dreary kind of day.

Just a note on the battery....these 20C lipo cells kill LR atties when fully charged (2 dead now)

Nice little mod for an afternoons work. Work out how to put in a 3ml juice bottle with a syringe needle to bottom feed it and you will be set. Then you better turn your pm off as you will have members putting in orders.

Yeah I've been thinking about that :) I wonder if anyone makes really small versions of those saline drip bags as I'd like to keep about the same profile. At the moment it's 107x45x22mm and fits nicely in the hand.

I've been getting 2 days vaping with this at 4ml per day with battery going from 4.2 down to 3.7 volts. Just now I managed to fit in another 703480P Lipo cell and wired it in parallel so should now be good for 4 days between recharges.
