First off Props to Mamu who has provided the Dena tutorial for all to use.

Here are some renderings of the drawing made to lay out the design for the box and generate the code for cutting.

This shows the finished box and the Premonition carving on the front of the door. Two slide switches for meter modes, on off for meter and on off for device.

Thank folks, I kind of got sidetracked on my box building but I have another based on the 04050 boost chip I am wanting to still get together. Will have a 26650 and inset 1" diameter XL tank and about the size of two 26650s beside each other. Also picked up some 18490s on my last battery order, hopefully it wont be too much longer and I will have time to get back to the boxes.

I learned right off the inset door like on the tiny box is the wrong way to go, at least for me because it is a pain to get a nice match. Putting the split line on the edge made it almost invisible on the divine, just looks and feels like a solid block of hard maple.

So is the vape, the Dena tutorial has to be about the best thing I have tried to date. I get one day out of one of those batteries in a LT but over three days out of two in this box. Efficient chip is efficient, I also made it with the shortest possible amount of wire picking up several contact points replacing three and four wires with a single one.
