How does one quantify a 3 month supply over 15 months. Yes, I know its an AQIS legislation and not questioning you as such....I am just saying that its like the government regulating how many mg of nicotine we can have in a month on a domestic pack of cigarettes...I used to smoke Winfield gold 25pk X 1 1/2 packs a day.....where as another person would smoke 2 packs of Reds 40s a day....so at the counter are they going to say no sorry you have had your monthly limit of nicotine...It just cant be quantified unless AQIS comes in and says only allowed 1 litre of 100mg Nicotine per year, and even that will be tough to monitor

wow the paranoia in here, 3 months supply would depend on the person, 500ml to a litre i would think would be ok many are ordering that amount in another thread here and no problems what so ever, especially if your wife and some friends also chipped in on the order

Why are people so paranoid! I doubt anyone would have serious legal issues if they did order too much nicotine, it's not bloody Ice or Heroin! Forums can get a little crazy haha but I looked into it after that comment, and it seems people order litres with no problem whatsoever

Intelligent post. The only reason the government would scour the forums was if they were trying to close the industry down and only to get an insight into the community habits. This would only be triggered if there was a HUGE amount of imports coming through customs. Quite frankly they have bigger things to worry about with their limited resources than a (relatively) small vaping community.

P.S. I never heard of that person getting prosecuted in QLD. It is not illegal in QLD to import it - only to sell it without a licence. You can easily claim it is for pesticide use or scientific purposes and they can't stop you.

Guys does it matter if your nic juice is 100% VG?

 

Can some one please tell us how to calculate what exactly is a 3 months supply ?
We all vape and God forbid; smoke at different levels and needs.
Please, what is the formulae for arriving at the three months legal amount.

It is the same as saying that everyone that consumes alcohol is unfit to drive when their blood alcohol reaches .05. We are not all pysically the same, and generalisation is ludicrous when applied to how much we should vape or smoke in a three month period.

Furthermore who tracks what you import. To date; "touch wood" not a single parcel of mine from os suppliers has been interfered with by customs. One knows when they are. The parcel has tape on it saying opened by customs.
